Disney Publishing Worldwide you rock! After the smashing success of the Beauty and the Beast App you came out with two new Apps that we love! “THE LION KING: TIMON’S TALE” and “TANGLED” – for iPAD, iPHONE and iPOD TOUCH!

First Rock, X and I reviewed the The Lion King: Timon’s Tale app.

Complete with customized interactivity, rich character development, and an Academy Award®-winning score—“The Lion King: Timon’s Tale” recounts Simba’s exciting adventures of becoming king, as told through the eyes of the comical and irreverent meerkat sidekick, Timon. Readers are asked to roar with King Mufasa, snatch grubs with Timon, draw with Rafiki, and swing with Pumbaa.

We love this app! My little men love the Lion King movie and this app lets us relive the movie all while playing interactive and educational little games.

It is so entertaining and engaging! There are so many other interactive games that I did not include in video like constellation connect the dots.  These little games were great for practicing our fine motor skills and encouraging our love of reading.

The app includes the original voice talents and animation from the movie but less songs and sing alongs then Beauty and the Beast.

I really like how it’s a different kind of games and interactions then the Beauty and the Beast app.  This is a total recommend! This app can be bought for $4.99 and $6.99 respectively from the App Store on iPad, iPhone and iPod touch or at www.itunes.com/appstore.

Bravo Disney Publishing Worldwide for keeping up with technology but still have great educational fun. We will definitely be taking this app along for our trip to South America in June.
