BRITAX HQ Latina Board Members Launching Event #BritaxLatinaAdvisory

When Eddy and I were expecting Rock we felt overwhelmed by all the baby brands.  We were the first of our friends to have children and though our parents wanted to help it was over 20 years since they had babies and the baby world had changed.

So Eddy and I took it to the internet started doing countless hours of research and then we were gifted a BRITAX car seat and everything changed.  Eddy and I found this brand was a leader in mobile safety for more than 70 years, with a legacy of leadership in developing innovations that enhance the safety of child car seats and improve their ease of installation and we were sold.

So I was thrilled when I was selected to be a part of the Britax Latina Advisory Brand and was flown down to North Carolina to meet the people behind this great brand and see firsthand the technology and safety that is BRITAX. During the day and half press event alongside some amazing Latina bloggers we got a behind the scenes tour of the BRITAX U.S. headquarters that included product line demonstrations from car seats, strollers and accessories, a factory tour and a car accident simulation that still upsets my stomach.

What really stood out throughout the entire trip was how BRITAX employees REALLY standby the safety and technology in all their products.  Everywhere you turned whether you were on the factory floor, the test facility or the offices there were safety affirmations or thank you notes from children car accident survivors that made you realize this company was saving lives every day.  In addition, the technology and research put into their products rivals that of airplanes and helicopter in complexity. They also understand their customers. I don’t have a lot of time in-between naps or at bed time to wait on the phone to speak to someone. If you call their 1800 customer service line someone will be helping you at maximum two minutes. That is why they have been leaders in the mobile safety for 70 years!
