Being a Mami or Daddy is so rewarding and equally challenging. I thank God every day for giving me my wonderful little men. As I mentioned before they are the reason I get up happy each morning but they are also the reason why I have started getting some white hairs.
But I probably thank God each day repeatedly for giving me, my best friend, my soul mate and the best daddy in the world Eddy. Eddy and I are college sweethearts and we dreamed of having children together but the dream of children and the realty of children is very different.
Each day is filled with laughter, tears, brotherly squabbles, dirt and pure zaniness but I know with Eddy by my side we will weather through all the good, bad, stresses and messes with a little white hair but great memories.
I think I am a pretty good Mami but without Eddy, my love, my rock and the family referee I would be lost.
Eddy is away on an international business trip for the next three weeks and I am missing my partner in crime but before he left thanks to Latina Bloggers Connect, Huggies and TV personality and father of two Poncho de Anda I was inspired to interview Eddy on his experience of being a daddy of two and any tips he had for experienced dads and dads-to-be.
