Did you know that October is Plan a Cruise Month? Plus really excited to announce to my NYC Tri-State area families, Disney Cruise Line returns to New York City in fall 2017!
Honestly, after our summer Disney cruise Eddy and I have already started planning our next Disney cruise with the kids so when we were invited to tour the recently renovated DISNEY MAGIC we could not wait!
Our DISNEY MAGIC Media Tour
The DISNEY MAGIC was the flagship for the Disney cruise lines and has everything we LOVE about Disney cruising.
High seas dining whether at Cabanas, Carioca’s or Animator’s Palate
Family friendly entertainment like new “Tangled: The Musical” that can only be found on DISNEY MAGIC.
Magical Destinations for 2017!
We have already spoken about how much we loved the Disney Dream’s Oceaneer’s club, well each Disney Ship has their own version of the club. The Disney Magic’s features Marvel’s Avengers. We spent some time checking all the great things the kids can do and play while at sea.
One of the main reason to take a cruise on a Disney Ship during October is the chance to experience Halloween on the high seas. Families get to have a ton of Halloween fun. One of the activities that I would really love to try was the trick or treating on the boat, this is where crew members set up various trick or treating stations throughout the ship and families can dress up and experience the fun of trick or treating in the middle of the ocean.
Yet the biggest excitement for the Dancing hotdogs family was the announcement of Marvel’s Day at Sea. Just like Pirate day, the whole ship is taken over by the heroes and villains of Marvel Comics. If you are a fan of these characters such as Thor, Captain America and Spiderman then this is an event you do not want to miss.
Disclosure: We were invited as media to this Disney Cruise hosted event. As always, my posts are based on my opinions and experiences.
