Disclosure: I am 2012 and 2013 Sesame Place Ambassador but as always my post is my unbiased opinions. Memorial Day weekend is almost HERE! The unofficial start of summer is here and after Hurricane Sandy and the Nemo Blizzard we are SO READY for sunny skies and fun outside especially since Sesame Place is now open daily! This is my second year being a Sesame Place ambassador so check out my video tips for a great visit! ALSO check out the upcoming Sesame Place events. From May 9 to May 12, Eddy, my little men and our friend Alex headed to sunny Orlando, Florida for seven days of learning, networking and a Disney magical time. For so many, Disney World is that place or vacation that makes you smile every time you think about it. I went three times growing up; those precious memories are filled with warmth, love and pure happiness. Sesame Place in Langhorne, PA is open and ready for another season of fun so once again the DancingHotdogs.com family took to the roads for another family road trip and made the trip a weekend adventure where we stayed at the Residence Inn Philadelphia Langhorne. Check out my video of the hotel facilities with all their amenities. As you can see Rock really loved their bed. The Residence Inn is part of the Marriott family and is MADE for traveling families. (Video) Dublin Ireland- Jameson Distillery and Guinness Storehouse Tours

Jameson Distillery Dublin, Ireland First thing first, tours fill up fast so it is smart planning ahead. At the Old Jameson distillery (the distiller is no longer produces alcohol, it is only used for tours. The actual whisky is produced in Cork and has its own tour) the tours are separated in three time blocks that rotate throughout the day operating every 25 minutes and the last tour is at 5:15pm, lines to get into the distiller can get pretty long and extend out the doors, therefore it is best to either get tickets ahead of time or purchase tickets for the latest of the three tours and grab a coffee or beer at a nearby bar. The tour itself consists of a movie and then a guided tour of the distillery. The movie while brimming with a good amount of dry humor and is of surprising high production quality though in my opinion it isn’t the most exciting experience. Disclosure: Eddy and I worked in conjunction with the Republic of Ireland Tourism Board. St. Patrick’s Day weekend is upon us and all across Ireland, the United States and the world; everyone will be getting their green on! I know on March 17th we always celebrate with green pancakes and enjoy some Irish delicacies. For those of you who follow me on Dancing Hotdogs social media outlets (if you do not, why not? WE ARE AWESOME! ) you will know that Eddy and I had an international holiday for Valentine’s Day weekend where we headed to Republic of Ireland for an amazing experience. Winter cabin fever has definitely hit the Dancing Hotdogs household that is why I am so happy I am Kids Club Thirteen Ambassador so every month we have “13 Fun and Free” members-only events throughout the year, each featuring PBS Kids characters and activities, including Curious George, Angelina Ballerina, Martha Speaks, and other family favorites to attend. In addition, members have access to year-round discounts to family-friendly institutions such as The Brooklyn Museum, Prospect Park Zoo and American Ballet Theatre. This weekend before the subzero temperatures hit the Tri-State area my men and I headed to the New York Botanical Gardens to spend the afternoon with Kids Club Thirteen and Thomas and Friends.
