Healthy eating isn't something that should be considered when we do our new year’s resolutions.  It needs to be a year round commitment; that is not to say that that commitment shouldn't been enjoyable.   Whenever I thought of eating healthy the first thing that came to my mind was starving myself eating tasteless food in super small portions. Of course, with this image in mind, it isn't hard to figure out that I couldn't keep the diet going on for long.  Instead of thinking healthy I should have thought of smart, including the right foods in your diet doesn't take too much effort and can have a significant impact on your long term health. For Dads: Johnnie Walker Blue Father’s Day Event

It seems like Johnnie Walker has been a part of my life for many years, from my father drinking it with coconut water when I was younger to me all grown up drinking Blue label last Wednesday in New York City.  One my fondest moments with Johnnie Walker was presenting my Dad with a bottle on Father’s day a five or six years ago it being one of those moments where I felt like an adult.  I don’t think I have ever been able to top that father’s day gift ever since. Back to last week, as I said I was at a Johnnie Walker Blue Event in NYC, where the Johnnie Walker Brand was trying to build awareness about the Blue Label brand as a great gift for Father’s day (Already knew that) and to let us know about a complimentary bottle engraving kiosk opening in Grand Central Terminal.
