One of the major holiday's in Hispanic culture is Three Kings Day (no not the movie with Marky Mark and George Clooney).  Unfortunately, for the past couple of years D and I haven't really been keeping up with observing the holiday.  It is much easier when you are a kid and getting presents add in the fact add in that Rock usually got enough presents to last a couple of Christmases you can understand why we decided to hold off.   Yet this past year the date (1/6/11) took on specially significance to our family.  That was the birthday of our second boy, X.  So after many years,  Three Kings Day has returned to being a day of meaning and celebration for Divina and I.  We couldn't have asked for a better present last year to kick off our Three Kings Day revival.  But beyond that the day means so much more, as a day to reflect and be thankful for all the gifts we have been given.
