
By Rosa Last Saturday, my younger sister and I went to the screening of The Spy Next Door held at the AMC 34th Street Theatre in New York. The commercials reminded me a lot of The Pacificer. Both had men that were that were involved with the government and had to take care of kids. After watching the movie, yes they had similarities but there were differences that made this movie still worth seeing. Being a spy is almost every boy's dream. Bob Ho (Jackie Chan) is an agent of the CIA from China working in the US and must hide it from the rest of his loved ones. Bob decides to leave his spy job and commit himself to his girlfriend Gillian (Amber Valletta) and her three kids. Unfortunately her kids hate Bob and will do anything for her to leave him since he is ‘boring'. There are family matters Gillian must attend to and leaves the kids with Bob.
