As I have mentioned time and time again we are a major super hero family. So much so that each Dancing Hotdogs family member was a super hero this year including me! (Wonder Woman! No really there are pictures online as proof.) We love how super heroes stand for justice, courage and adventure. So we were thrilled when Mattel and MommyParties reached out to us to host a Batman Power Attack Party at the Dancing Hotdogs household with some of our friends who were also seeking an adventure in their day. Check out the video. As you can see we got BATMAN POWER ATTACK TM basic and deluxe action figures, BATMAN POWER ATTACK TM TOTAL DESTRUCTION TM BATMOBILE and all sorts of decorations and goodies to power up our play date. The Dark Knight Rises toys by Mattel

The news hasn’t been very good about Dark Knight Rises. Unfortunately, none of it relates to the quality of the movie rather the stupid and irrational actions of one disturbed individual. This one act has stolen some of the magic of going to the movies and has forever tainted the film. While there is no way to lighten things after the tragedy, the thing that keeps me from falling in too depressive mode is watching my boys play. The reason I bring this up is that we had the opportunity to try out some of Mattel new line of The Dark Knight Rises toys. Dancing Hotdogs 2011 Holiday Guide

With Christmas almost upon us, the time to buy gifts is limited. That is why gift guides are so important. While there are so many holiday guides out there but ONLY ONE Dancing Hotdogs guide. What is special about our guide is these items are really in our house, we are gifting or on our list to Santa. Mattel Green Lantern Party

By Eddy Armed with our power ring, Big Bro and I decided to go out in the vast reaches of Westchester County (also known as the final frontier) and recruit a couple of brave souls to join us in the Green Lantern Corps! To join us on journey was our trusty sidekick Mommy! and the newest trainee to the Corps, Baby Brother. Check out pictures of our fantastic adventure below: The kids loved the toys so much they forgot about the party sweets to just play. In all seriousness, when Mattel asked us to sponsor a Green Lantern party for the upcoming feature film (out in theaters on June 17th, 2011) how could we say no, especially with all the cool stuff all the kids got during the party.
