I got a prescreener of the new special and my little men and I got a chance to see it before.  We love the WILD KRATTS!  All the adventures they go on and the amazing animal facts we learn while being entertained. Around the World Adventure special that took your little loved ones on an adventure around the world and got them excited about travel and learning.  The PBS KIDS SUPER WHY! ABC Adventures: Alphabet app takes that one step further by giving you fantastic educational content that helps your children learn and improve their alphabet skills with interactive games and videos. WE LOVE SUPER WHY! At our house.  Rock and X love the adventures of Whytt and his friends and how they “look in a book to solve their problem” so this app is perfect for my little men. Do you have any Dinosaur Train fans in the house? Well they are going to be thrilled with the latest the apps, All Aboard the Dinosaur Train! for iPad and Dinosaur Train Camera Catch! for iPhone.  Based on the popular DINOSAUR TRAIN series produced by The Jim Henson Company, the apps are designed to help kids ages 3 to 5 build critical math skills. Rock, X and I got a chance to try out the All Aboard the Dinosaur Train! App.  Check out the video of Rock and I having some educational fun on the iPad. The app tests your loved ones problem solving skills.  The goal of the app is get all dinosaurs of different sizes on the different size train cabins. You can play as single or double player. With every level increase the game gets more difficult and faster.  Rock loves this app and is totally enthralled with it but his favorite part is definitely becoming a JR conductor when he wins. By Divina I love Halloween! I love the dressing up, the pumpkin carving and all the Fall entertainment BUT I hate how scary movies take over the theaters and television which makes TV watching difficult for a three year old and a prone to nightmares Mami.  Good thing I can always count on PBS Kids. Rock, X and I to preview the upcoming Halloween themed programming for them.  We got screeners for DINOSAUR TRAIN, SID THE SCIENCE KID, THE CAT IN THE HAT KNOWS A LOT ABOUT THAT!, and WILD KRATTS and WE LOVED IT. PBS KIDS (R) Public Broadcasting Services By Divina National Hispanic Heritage Month started on September 15th and ends on October 15th.  I love how in those 30 days all across the United States everyone recognizes contributions from Latino and Latina Americans and celebrates them with parades, educational and social events. Eddy and I are extremely proud of our cultures.  I even call our sons Para-Ricans (Half Paraguayan like Mami, half Puerto Rican like Daddy and ALL mischief.) And all month long PBS and Curious George will be celebrating Hispanic Heritage month by showing adventures of George and his friend Marco. We love Curious George and thanks to the Latina Bloggers Connect were able to see a prescreening of the upcoming episodes of the sixth season. We love George! By Divina On March 2, PBS Kids celebrated Theodor Seuss Geisel’s or as most of the world knows him Dr. Seuss’ birthday with a two hour The Cat in the Hat Knows a lot About That marathon event.  To help celebrate the event, I was contacted to host a Dr. Seuss Birthday Party play date to preview two new episodes of The Cat in the Hat Knows a Lot About That! and we had a ball.  I love hosting parties at my house and to help get into the spirit of the party I received a “Dr. Seuss Birthday Party” screening kit that included party hats, cake mix and balloons.
