Elmo’s Healthy Heroes Show Review

By Divina Last Saturday, Babyboy and I left Eddy at home as we went to the Westchester County Center to see Elmo's Healthy Heroes with my sisters and Rosa's goddaughter. We all danced, clapped and sang as we saw our favorite Sesame Street characters like Elmo, Big Bird, Telly, Abby and others as they all teamed up to help Super Grover get his super powers back through healthy eating habits, good hygiene, sleep and exercise. I just could not believe that Elmo and company had Babyboy enthralled for 90 minutes! There was a 15 minute intermission but we really did not need it. By Divina The Dancinghotdogs.com family has reviewed several Wii Disney Sing It games and no matter how hip Eddy and I think we are, we never know all the songs by the Disney stars like Miley Cyrus, Jonas Brothers etc. So playing the game and failing all the time because you did not recognize the songs got old really quickly. Disney’s: Club Penguin – Herbert’s Revenge Video Game Review

By Rosa Club Penguin - Herbert's Revenge is rated E for everyone for the Nintendo DS. You are a part of The Elite Penguin Force decoding puzzles to get to the next level. I am a fan of testing the brain and solving puzzles but this game was very hard for me. I couldn't even get to level 2 because I got frustrated and didn't want to look online for cheat sheets. *HELP* This is the first time that I tried out the Penguins world and as you can tell, difficult for me. I did enjoy the characters though, they were definitely very cute! You can play this game with another player who has a Nintendo DS as well or go online for more games and ways to get more points. I would recommend this game to people who enjoy testing the brain and who don't get very frustrated. Online there are lots of tips and advice as to how to solve the puzzles but since I am stubborn, I wanted to figure out the puzzles on my own. BlogHer 2010: Take Two

By Rosa Wow what a conference, that's the first thing that I can say! I was lucky enough to be one of the volunteers at the registration desk. So many of you probably saw my smiling face on Friday :D. This was our second conference but the first BlogHer. There were so many bloggers from all over the United States. There were good classes and events to attend. Here are some of my highlights of the conference! Before the conference officially launched on Friday, I attended the pre party on Thursday, Social Fiesta hosted by the Latina bloggers. There was great music and food. To top it all off a Zumba instructor came and showed us how to burn lots of calories while dancing! Walking around the Expo, there were lots of great characters to meet and greet. As Eddy and Babyboy played with some of my favorite Blogger friends' kids, Rosa and I learned about cool new product that lets you personalize your cake for any occasion with a favorite picture, design and some words.
