Full disclosure we were late to the whole Necessary Roughness show phenomenon.  Yet when we had a chance to watch the show we were definitely in for the long haul.  Necessary Roughness stars Callie Thorne as Dr. Santino, a psychologist with what it seems a complicated professional life as well as complicated personal life.  As a head doctor to famous athletes, musicians and celebrities you can understand how thing can really get out of hand. When D and I had the opportunity to have a night in and watch Necessary Roughness we jumped at the chance.
